Five minutes on foot from the Turin Polytechnic, GM Power, the Courts and FIAT ITEM Borgo San Paolo was a blue collar district and has many services: cinema, a range of markets (for food and other goods) , shops and a choice of restaurants. The Sandretto Contemporary Art Foundation and the OGM (Officine Grandi Motori) Expo Centre are also in the area.

The neighbourhood is a very good starting point to reach other areas and attractions in the city thanks to a very good network of public means: trams 9, 15 and 16, buses 33, 42 and 56 which will take you to the city centre, the Lingotto Centre, the Sandretto Foundation, the stadiums, concert areas, the Maria Vittoria, Mauriziano and Martini Nuovo hospitals. Furthermore there are city bikes (bike sharing) pick up points in Corso Ferrucci.


Please inform us of your arrival at least 48 hours in advance. We will welcome you handing you a bunch of keys so that you may come and go as best suits you.
You may return at whatever time you wish. Unless otherwise agreed, check in takes place Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm. Check out by 11 am.

By car:

very easy to access from the motorways thanks to the main thoroughfares Street parking at no charge or underground car park in Piazza Adriano

Public transport

If you arrive at the Turin Porta Susa Station or the Bus Terminal (long distance coaches) catch bus 56 towards Tirreno and get off at the Moretta stop. If you arrive at Porta Nuova Station, catch the 15 towards Brissogne or the 33 towards Costituzione and get off in Piazza Sabotino in both cases.

If you land at the Sandro Pertini Caselle Airport catch a Sadem coach to Porta Susa where you can catch the 56 bus, towards Tirreno and get off at Moretta. When landing in Milan Malpensa Airport, you be arriving at one of the Turin railway stations
